Exchanges are accepted provided the below conditions are met

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receving the order, provided that the piece/s recieved is/are in its original condition, unworn, accompanied with a receipt and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept exchanges if the product is damaged or found in a used condition. You (the customer) would be responsible for all the shipping costs involved in the return of the item.

When it comes to moonstone, generally the colorless to slightly milky white or blue Rainbow Moonstone with medium toned bluish sheen is considered ideal for both astrological and jewellery purposes. 

The optical effect on cats eye moonstone is known as Chatoyancy, which can be identified by the slit-eye formed on the stone as light reflects on it. This effect is rare and cats eye moonstone is mostly found in Sri Lanka and India. The stone is always cut in the cabochon form as this highlights the optical effect even more. Stones that have a clear and defined ‘cats eye’ are more valuable than others.
