We do not accept refunds/ returns for any of our pieces. You can be rest-assured that we re-check every piece before shipping it to your location.

Exchanges are accepted provided the below conditions are met

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receving the order, provided that the piece/s recieved is/are in its original condition, unworn, accompanied with a receipt and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept exchanges if the product is damaged or found in a used condition. You (the customer) would be responsible for all the shipping costs involved in the return of the item.

Mystic topaz is a unique and mysterious gemstone which has a stunning rainbow effect and blends well with any outfit that you wear. Depending on the angle you view the stone from, different rainbow colours are reflected. The stone ranks 8 on Mohs scale of hardness, which means it won't scratch easily and can be worn daily. The colors of the stone stand out when set in silver and the higher the clarity of the stone, the more vibrant are the colors.

Mystic topaz is a natural topaz stone which is treated with heat to give the rainbow color. The treatment is permanent. It is a stone of love, passion, good fortune and self-esteem and is connected to the throat, crown and third eye chakra.
