How long does it take to ship the order?
Once the order is received, products will be shipped within 2 days and then delivered within 5-7 working days.

Shipping charges

The shipping charges differ as per the country you reside in. In some cases there are 2 options - Standard delivery and Express delivery - the rates for both differ.

The rate of shipping increases as the purchase amount increases ( for purchases above Rs.1,00,000 ) as the parcel would have an insurance fee.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the package is picked up from the store to be shipped to you, it can no longer be canceled.

How do I cancel my order?

Once cancelled, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

Can I return the items purchased?

Our jewellery store does not accept returns, however, if there are some issues you have faced with our product, do reach out to us on +91 9920920683 or amargems77@gmail.com so we can assist you with the same.

Can I exchange an item in case I change my mind?

Exchanges are accepted provided the below conditions are met:

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided that the piece/s received is/are in its original condition, unworn, accompanied with a receipt and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to not accept exchanges if the product is damaged or found in a used condition. You (the customer) would be responsible for all the shipping costs involved in the return of the item.
